Meet Charlotte — our part-time Executive Assistant and an ambitious high school student with a passion for real estate and an eye for detail. Currently attending Davison High School and set to graduate in 2026, Charlotte is already taking bold steps toward her future in the industry by gaining real-world experience with our team.

She also works part-time at Starbucks, where her love for coffee and connecting with people shines through—just ask her about her favorite drink! A proud DECA member and Honor Roll student, Charlotte thrives in spaces where creativity and business meet. She’s especially passionate about marketing, entrepreneurship, and content creation, and she enjoys curating social media with her signature aesthetic (which often includes her favorite color—pink!).

Outside of work and school, Charlotte loves fashion, spending time with family and friends, and finding inspiration in everyday moments. Whether she’s supporting our team, putting together the perfect outfit, or serving up smiles at the coffee bar, Charlotte brings warmth, drive, and a creative spark to everything she does. She’s proof that you can chase big dreams in style—iced coffee in one hand, ambition in the other.
