With more than a decade of experience spanning real estate, marketing leadership, business ownership, and sales operations, Traci plays a critical role in driving efficiency, scalability, and organizational excellence.

Her background includes leadership roles in marketing and real estate, giving her a deep understanding of how operational infrastructure, process design, and brand execution directly impact performance, profitability, and client experience. She is highly skilled in streamlining workflows, implementing systems, supporting growth initiatives, and aligning teams around clear, measurable objectives.

Licensed in Michigan and North Carolina, Traci offers a data-informed, analytical perspective on real estate operations, market trends, and business decision-making. Her experience spans residential, commercial, and multi-family real estate, working with agents, investors, and business owners—experience that strengthens her ability to lead complex, multi-division operations.

Traci’s leadership style is grounded in empathy, accountability, and clarity. Having personally relocated multiple times and navigated numerous transactions, she understands the human side of real estate while maintaining a strong focus on operational discipline and results. She is known for her positive energy, strong work ethic, and ability to build systems that allow people and businesses to perform at their highest level.

A long-term resident of the Swartz Creek area, Traci is deeply engaged in her community through school involvement, administrative committees, extracurricular leadership, and volunteer work with Make-A-Wish Michigan. Outside of work, she is passionate about fitness, interior design, and creating environments—both professional and personal—that foster growth and excellence.
